The 200A protection box for Delong and Leapton batteries is a turnkey solution to secure your energy storage installations. This enclosure provides complete bipolar protection, simultaneously isolating the positive and negative poles to ensure maximum safety against overloads and short circuits.

This box is delivered complete, pre-wired, and ready to install:

• IP65 Enclosure: Robust housing offering total protection against dust and water splashes.
• 2P 200A DC1000V Bipolar Circuit Breaker (TOMZN - TOM7Z): The central safety component allowing simultaneous disconnection of both polarities.
• 2 x 70 mm² cables (1 m) with lugs: Secure and optimized connection to the inverter.
• 2 x 70 mm² cables (1 m) with lugs: High-performance link to connect your Delong or Leapton battery packs to the box.

How the Box Works

The box is designed to centralize and protect direct current (DC) reliably:

• The batteries are connected to the box via the 2 x 70 mm² cables.
• Bipolar Protection: The 2P 200A circuit breaker acts on both lines (+ and -), ensuring that no residual current flows when disconnected.
• The 2 x 70 mm² cables then distribute energy stably toward the inverter.

Safety Principle: By cutting both poles simultaneously, this bipolar box offers true galvanic isolation, protecting the user and the inverter electronics against any insulation faults.

Commissioning

1. Check that the bipolar circuit breaker is in the OFF position.
2. Connect the 70 mm² cables to the terminals of the Delong or Leapton batteries.
3. Connect the 70 mm² cables to the DC inputs of the inverter.
4. Strictly observe polarity (+ red, - black) on both poles of the circuit breaker.
5. Switch the circuit breaker to the ON position to power up the installation.
