As part of our commitment to regulatory compliance and environmental responsibility in Belgium, we would like to inform our customers that the purchase of a Delong LVM15 - 15.36 kWhlithium battery is subject to a mandatory environmental levy.

An amount of €317.90 (excl. VAT) must be added for each battery purchased, as a direct contribution to Bebat, the organisation responsible for managing batteries and accumulators in Belgium. This measure is in accordance with current Belgian environmental legislation.



Important:When purchasing a lithium battery, please add the corresponding product "Bebat Environmental Levy Delong LVM15 - 15kWh" according to the number of batteries you are ordering. Otherwise, we will recalculate and invoice the amount after the purchase.

1. Why choose the LVM15 mobile format instead of a fixed battery? +
The LVM15 Mobile is a Plug & Play solution delivered ready to use. Its robust wheels and ergonomic handles allow its 110 kg to be moved effortlessly for maintenance or to reorganize your technical space. Unlike stackable versions, no module assembly is required upon delivery.
2. What do "Grade A" prismatic cells offer as an extra benefit? +
Grade A cells (CALB/BYD) are the best cells straight from the factory. They guarantee a constant real capacity of 300Ah, minimal internal resistance, and maximum safety. The prismatic format offers better thermal dissipation (-30%) and increased mechanical stability compared to traditional cylindrical cells.
3. What is the actual lifespan of the Delong LVM15 battery? +
Thanks to its LiFePO4 chemistry and premium cells, the battery is designed for more than 6,500 cycles. In standard daily use, this represents a lifespan of over 15 years with very low capacity drift (less than 5% over 10 years).
4. Is it possible to increase storage capacity later? +
Yes, the system is fully modular. You can connect up to 15 units in parallel, reaching a massive energy reserve of 225 kWh. This allows you to adapt your installation as your needs evolve, from residential to commercial use.
5. Which inverters is the LVM15 battery compatible with? +
The battery is equipped with RS485 and CAN communication ports. It communicates natively with most hybrid inverters on the market (Deye, Victron, WKS, etc.). The front LED screen allows you to check synchronization and system status at a glance.
6. What is the recommended charge and discharge power? +
To optimize cell lifespan, we recommend a charge current of 40A and a discharge current of 100A. However, the battery can handle a maximum discharge current of 200A, with peaks at 210A (for 5 seconds) to handle the startup of powerful appliances.
7. How does the 10-year warranty offered by Delong work? +
The warranty is degressive: the 1st year covers full replacement or refund. From the 2nd to 5th year, parts required for maintenance are replaced free of charge. From the 6th to 10th year, you benefit from free technical assistance (spare parts may then become chargeable).
8. What is the Bebat tax for Belgian customers? +
In Belgium, the purchase of a lithium battery is subject to a mandatory environmental contribution to fund its future recycling. For the LVM15, this amount is €317.90 excl. VAT. This "Bebat" product must be added to your cart when ordering to comply with the legislation.
