Photovoltaic solar panels

Solar panels

Solar panels convert sunlight into electricity. They can provide direct current (DC) to power appliances or be converted to alternating current (AC) using an inverter.

Polycrystalline solar panels have a bluish, textured appearance, while monocrystalline panels are uniformly black. The main difference lies in the structure of the photovoltaic cells. Monocrystalline panels are more efficient but more expensive, while polycrystalline panels are more affordable but slightly less efficient.
