SinusMax - Advanced technology

Developed for professional use, the Phoenix range of converters is perfectly suited to a wide variety of applications. Pure Sine

The signal produced by Pur Sinus devices is as good as the signal supplied by a conventional electrical distributor (e.g. EDF). These converters are compatible with all electrical appliances.

High instantaneous power

SinusMax technology enables very high instantaneous power levels, impossible to achieve with conventional high-frequency technology. This makes Phoenix converters ideal for powering devices requiring high inrush currents on start-up, such as refrigeration compressors, electric motors and similar equipment.

Load transfer to another AC source: the automatic changeover switch

If automatic transfer switching is required, we recommend using a MultiPlus inverter charger instead. These devices incorporate the switch, and the charging function of the Multiplus can be deactivated. The operation of computers and other electronic equipment will not be disrupted, as the MultiPlus benefits from a very fast transfer time (less than 20 milliseconds).

Computer interface

All models feature an RS-485 port. All you need for connection to your PC is our MK2 interface (see accessories below). This interface provides galvanic isolation between the converter and the PC, as well as 'rs485' to 'rs232' conversion. An RS-232/USB conversion cable is also available. Thanks to our VEConfigure software, available for free download from our website www.victronenergy.com, all converter parameters can be customized. You can configure output voltage and frequency, overvoltage and undervoltage thresholds, and program the relay. For example, the relay can be used to signal various alarm conditions, or to start a generator. The converters can also be connected to VENet, Victron Energy's new energy control network, or to other computerized control and management systems.
