As part of our commitment to regulatory compliance and environmental responsibility in Belgium, we would like to inform our customers that the purchase of a Leapton EL-A16 battery is subject to a mandatory environmental levy.

An amount of €346.80 excluding VAT must be added for each battery purchased, as a direct contribution to Bebat, the organisation responsible for managing batteries and accumulators in Belgium. This measure is in accordance with current Belgian environmental legislation.

Important:When purchasing a lithium battery, please add the corresponding product "Bebat Leapton EL-A16 Environmental Levy – 16 kWh" according to the number of batteries you are ordering. Otherwise, we will recalculate and invoice the amount after the purchase.

This tax applies only to Belgian customers.

Absolutely. The kit is completely scalable. You can add additional solar panels (up to 16 kW on the inverter) or connect up to 15 batteries in parallel to increase your storage capacity.

8. What is the Bebat tax for Belgian customers? +
