You are about to create a quotation for the kit Inverter/Charger Victron MultiPlus-II GX 48V 3000/5000.
This action will open the quotation app in a new tab.
The MultiPlus-II GX integrates a MultiPlus-II converter/charger and a GX device with a 2 x 16-character display.
The display reads the parameters of the solar charge controller, battery and inverter. The same parameters can be accessed from a smartphone or device with Bluetooth enabled.
The integrated GX device includes :- BMS-Can interface. It can be used to connect to a bus-Can compatible battery. Note that this is not a VE.Can-compatible port.- USB port.- Ethernet port.- One VE.Direct port.
The MultiPlus-II GX is designed for applications requiring additional interfacing with other products and/or remote supervision, such as on-grid or off-grid energy storage systems and certain mobile applications.
Only one GX unit is required for parallel or three-phase operation
Loads that need to be switched off when AC input power is not available can be connected to a second output (not switched off). These loads will be taken into account by the PowerControl and PowerAssist functions to limit the AC input current to a safe value if AC power is available.
Maximum current detection range: 50 A and 100 A, respectively.
The MultiPlus-II will use data from the AC current sensor (to be ordered separately) or from the power meter to optimize self-consumption and, if necessary, avoid energy feed-backs to the grid. In the event of a power failure, the MultiPlus-II will continue to supply critical loads.
PV power is converted directly to AC.The MultiPlus-II will use excess PV power to charge the batteries or return energy to the grid, and will discharge the batteries or use grid energy in the event of a shortage of PV energy. In the event of a power failure, the MultiPlus-II will disconnect from the grid and continue to supply loads.
