This Pylontech 125 A DC 250 V fuse box is specially designed to safeguard your lithium battery bank connected to a solar system. Thanks to its Class T automatic fuse, it reacts quickly to overcurrent and protects your modules in the event of a short circuit. Its robust, ready-to-install box includes insulated terminals, screws and cable ducts to facilitate installation. Ideal for installations from 96 V to 250 V, it ensures a longer battery life whilst offering great ease of use. Compatible with Pylontech panels, inverters and batteries.

Power cable sizing
The sizing of the power cable for this battery cabinet is essential to ensure both the safety and performance of your installation. This cabinet, equipped with 125 A DC protection, is supplied with 25 mm² cables, a cross-section perfectly suited for standard use over a short distance (approximately 2 metres). This configuration allows the nominal current to be carried whilst minimising losses.
However, in the case of an installation with a greater distance between the batteries and the inverter, it is recommended to increase the cable cross-section to limit voltage drop, which is particularly critical in low-voltage DC (48 V). As a guide, a 35 mm² cross-section is recommended for distances exceeding 3 to 5 metres, and 50 mm² for longer lengths or high-power installations (multiple batteries or high-capacity inverters).
