The Blue Smart IP67 battery charger is the wireless solution for monitoring voltage and current, changing settings and updating the charger when new functions become available.
With Bluetooth, the IP67 charger's functionality is enhanced and similar to that of our IP22 and IP65 chargers.

Fully encapsulated, waterproof, shockproof and fireproof

Water, oil or dust will not damage the Blue Smart IP67 charger. The casing is made of cast aluminum, and the
are resin-molded.

An unrivalled level of efficiency!

A new industry standard has been set: with an efficiency of 92% or more, these chargers consume three to four times less heat. And once the battery is fully charged, power consumption is reduced to less than one Watt, almost five to ten times better than industry standards.

5-step adaptive charging algorithm: Bulk - Absorption - Reconditioning - Float - Storage

The Blue Smart charger features a microprocessor-controlled "adaptive" charge management system. The "adaptive" function automatically optimizes the charging process according to how the battery is used.

Storage mode: less maintenance and ageing when the battery is not in use

Storage mode is activated when the battery has not been used for 24 hours. In storage mode, float voltage is reduced to 2.2 V/cell (13.2 V for a 12 V battery) to minimize gassing and corrosion of the positive plates. Once a week, the voltage is raised to the absorption level to "equalize" the battery. This function prevents electrolyte stratification and sulfation, major causes of early battery failure.

LiFePO₄ batteries are charged using a simple Bulk - absorption - Float algorithm.

Overheating protection

Suitable for use in hot environments such as machine rooms. The output current will be reduced if the temperature rises to 60ºC, but the charger will not fail.
