Step-by-step installation guide

  1. Preparing the surface: Clean, level and check the flatness of the substrate (flat roof or concrete slab).
  2. Mark the locations: Position the 3 triangular supports according to the recommended spacing (generally 80-90 cm apart)
  3. Adjusting the angle: Select the optimum angle from the 5 positions available on each bracket
  4. Fixing the supports to the ground: Screw the triangles securely in place or weight them down (minimum 30 kg of ballast per m² for a flat, non-enclosed roof).
  5. Checking alignment: Check that the 3 supports are perfectly aligned and at the same angle.
  6. Installing the first panel: Carefully place the left panel on the left and central supports.
  7. Fitting the second panel: Place the right-hand panel against the first, making sure there is an even gap between them.
  8. Installing the brackets: Attach the 2 middle brackets to the central junction, then the 4 end brackets to the ends.
  9. Final tightening: Gradually tighten all the screws (recommended tightening torque: 8-10 Nm)
  10. Final check: Check all fixing points for stability, alignment and tightness.
