The SOFAR SOLAR SOFAR-4KTLM-G3 grid-connected inverter is designed for single-phase residential photovoltaic installations, particularly when the roof has multiple orientations or shading, in order to optimise production thanks to its 2 MPPT trackers and I-V curve scanning.
- Technical specifications: power 4 kVA (4000 W), 2 MPPTs (80–550 V), max. efficiency 98.2% (European 97.30%), max. input voltage 600 V, recommended PV power 6000 Wp, IP65 protection rating.
- Compatibility: single-phase 230 VAC network, 1 DC input per MPPT (MC4), RS485/Wi-Fi/Bluetooth communication (Ethernet optional), LCD screen and app via Bluetooth, zero export optional.
- Benefit: It allows for better use of complex roofs by distributing the strings over 2 MPPTs, while maintaining a scalable solution thanks to connected monitoring.

The new G3 single-phase inverter with 2 MPPT trackers for residential PV systems
SOFAR 3K...6KTLM-G3 is the upgraded version of SofarSolar's residential inverter series. With its elegant IP65 design and natural cooling for silent operation, the inverter is perfectly suited to small residential installations.
The inverter is also equipped with two MPPT trackers and an integrated I-V curve scanning function, making it possible to realize more complex installations, for example those with shading problems or different roof orientations.
A WiFi key is supplied with the inverter, for easy connection to the SofarSolar monitoring portal.
