The 600A Busbar Distribution Box is the essential centralised connection solution for high-power solar installations. Developed specifically for the Pylontech ecosystem (US2000C, US3000C, US5000), it allows multiple battery units to be interconnected to one or more inverters (WKS, Deye,Victron, etc.).

1. Why choose a busbar over a conventional series/parallel connection? +
The traditional ‘cascade’ connection causes voltage drops: the first batteries in the bank work harder than the last ones, which reduces their lifespan. The busbar cabinet centralises the connection on tinned copper bars, providing identical resistance to each battery. Your units operate synchronously, thereby optimising the bank’s longevity.
2. Which batteries are compatible with this distribution box? +
This box has been specifically developed for Pylontech’s 48V ecosystem. It is fully compatible with the US2000C, US3000C and US5000 models. Its dimensions and mounting holes are optimised for the standard cable terminals and cable sizes supplied in Pylontech kits.
3. How do I choose the right model (Compact, Standard, PRO MAX...)? +
The choice depends on the number of batteries and inverters. The Standard model (300A) is ideal for 4 US5000 batteries, whilst the PRO MAX (560A) is designed for heavy-duty setups with up to 7 batteries and 4 inverters, ensuring uninterrupted service during the most demanding peak loads.
4. What is the maximum current the enclosure can actually handle? +
