The three-phase Fronius Eco in the 25.0 and 27.0 kW power classes is the ideal solution for large-scale installations. Thanks to its low weight and SnapINverter mounting system, this transformerless device can be installed quickly and easily both indoors and outdoors. The inverter series sets new standards in safety with its IP 66 protection class. What's more, string collector boxes are no longer necessary, thanks to integrated all-pole string fuse holders and optional DC fuses.
The SnapINverter generation stands out for its simple, seamless mounting system. Installation and maintenance are easier than ever. The special feature of the device structure is the separation of the connection zone from the power stage zone. These two zones are mounted separately. The exceptionally light connection zone is first wall-mounted with all wiring. Then it's the turn of the power stage. The innovative swivel concept makes installation and maintenance particularly user-friendly. The inverter is simply suspended in the wall bracket, then secured. In the event of a problem, it is not necessary to dismantle the entire inverter, but only the power stage. The complete wiring remains intact.
As the leading manufacturer of inverters, we offer a data communication package that includes all the following functions: Datalogging, WLAN, Ethernet, energy management, web server and numerous interfaces. The inverter is connected to the Internet via a network cable or WLAN - without any additional wiring - and you benefit from an optimum overview of the photovoltaic system's operation. Interfaces such as SunSpec Modbus TCP, SunSpec Modbus RTU or Fronius Solar API (JSON) enable connection to third-party components. Open interfaces can also be used in conjunction with Fronius Solar.web
Fronius inverters are ready for tomorrow's Smart Grid. The inverters are optimally prepared for the future demands of grid operation. The devices feature a host of intelligent functions known as Advanced Grid Features. These include various control functions for optimum injection of reactive power and effective power. The aim of these functions is to ensure safe operation of the grid, even with a very high concentration of photovoltaic installations, so that cross-border grid parameters do not lead to unexpected interruptions in feed-in and consequent yield losses. Fronius inverters therefore ensure optimum yields from photovoltaic systems. What's more, Fronius inverters can be used to dynamically regulate feed-in, taking into account self-consumption when feed-in limits are reached. Simply connect the meter and set the injection limit!
Dynamic Peak Manager is a brand-new MPP sun-tracking algorithm that dynamically adapts its behavior when searching for the optimum working point. What's special is that the Dynamic Peak Manager regularly and automatically checks the entire characteristic, finding the Global Maximum Power Point (GMPP) in the case of partial shading.
Today, more and more energy suppliers in many countries are calling for a limit on photovoltaic power injection as a prerequisite for grid connection. With dynamic power reduction, Fronius offers a solution for optimal injection management. The inverter first supplies the household consumers with electricity. Then it reduces the power injection to the maximum value specified by the energy supplier. Fronius inverters use this function to enable zero injection. As a result, no photovoltaic energy is fed into the grid, and the corresponding requirements of the energy supplier can be met without any problems thanks to simple installation via the inverter's web interface.
Chimney shading: 1-2% additional gain per year for 1 hour of morning and evening shading
Frame shading: 2-4% additional gain per year for 1 hour of morning and evening shading
DynamicPeakManager" energy consumption: ~ 0.05% of annual gain
