The SMA Sunny Tripower three-phase grid-connected inverter (series 3.0 to 6.0) is designed for residential photovoltaic installations to optimise production with 2 MPPTs and improve performance in partial shading conditions with OptiTrac Global Peak.

OptiTrac Global Peak is an additional MPP tracker function for operation in partially shaded PV systems.

This specialized operating management system ensures that the modules are constantly operated at maximum power, even in the presence of several maximum powers (in the case of partially shaded PV systems), with no measurable loss of yield (loss <0.2%), . In other words, even if the shading panels are operating correctly.
