This product is a FlatFix Fusion 75/55/37 profile base used to connect rows of panels in a photovoltaic mounting system for flat roofs. This component connects two rows to improve the rigidity of the structure, limit relative movement between rows and ensure the long-term reliability of the PV field alignment.

This profile base is specifically designed forthe FlatFix Fusion ecosystem, a mounting system that is advertised as ultra-lightweight and optimised for limited ballasting at strategic points. It is available in three lengths that can be selected according to the site configuration and the centre-to-centre distance to be used: 75 cm, 55 cm and 37 cm. This device allows for uniform assembly of a multi-row installation while remaining consistent with FlatFix Fusion accessories (deflectors, ballast racks, connecting elements).

Flatfix ballast rack

 

FlatFix Fusion is a lightweight system.
Due to the coupled and closed structure, the system only needs to be ballasted (weighted) on a number of strategic points. This means that the additional roof load is very low. In the universal ballast holder, various types of ballast can be used, such as gravel, concrete pavers and retaining straps.

The profile profile "75/55/37" makes it possible to join two lines of panels (see the element next to the orange arrows).
The FlatFix Fusion Base De Profile is available in three lengths (selectable in the options):


• 75 cm;
• 55 cm;
• 37cm.
