The 250A protection box for Delong batteries is a turnkey solution for securing your energy storage installations. Designed to protect your batteries and inverters, it centralises direct current and offers maximum protection against overloads and short circuits.

• 4 x 50 mm² 1.50 m cables with terminals: Secure connection to the inverter
• 2P 250A DC1000V TOMZN - TOM7Z circuit breaker: Main protection against overload and short circuits
• 2 x 95 mm² 1 m cables with terminals: Secure connection for your Delong battery packs

How the box works

The box is designed to protect and distribute power reliably:

• Delong batteries are connected via the 95 mm² cables supplied with the box
• The 2P 250A circuit breaker protects the entire circuit against overload and short circuit
• The four 50 mm² cables (1.50 m) enable a direct and secure connection to the inverter

Principle: The current from the batteries passes through the 250A circuit breaker before supplying the inverter, ensuring maximum safety and protection.

Commissioning

1. Check that the 250A circuit breaker is in the OFF position
2. Connect the 95 mm² cables to the Delong battery packs
3. Connect the four 50 mm² 1.50 m cables to the inverter
4. Observe the polarity (+ red, - black)
5. Set the circuit breaker to the ON position and check that it is working properly
