PRESENTATION ECOROTE

 

ECOROTE is our flagship product. We produce ratpower turbines from 300W to 9800W.
The ECOROTE turbines were developed by our team of designers and builders in close collaboration with the flagship research of the University of Technology of Rzeszow, an institution specializing in aviation.
The wind turbine converts 71% (0.42 Betza number) of wind energy into electricity. 98% of the materials from which our product is made come from Polish producers. The disc generator, which converts wind kinetic energy into electricity, has been developed to no longer contain frictional elements, which excludes overhaul and maintenance activities. Turbine blades due to the use of an extruded aluminum profile with a seamless monolithic construction are characterized by resistance to thermal expansion caused by heating. In addition, a reflective white paint with a C5-M resistance class was applied to the turbines. To provide more effective corrosion protection, steel components are galvanized and aluminum components are anodized.

BENEFITS FROM OUR WIND TURBINES

 

  • The work does not depend on the direction of the wind - The advantage of vertical axis turbines (ang. Vertical Axis Wind Turbine - VAWT) is the fact that they work independently of wind direction. Because they don't need sophisticated wind-tuning technologies, they are cheaper, lighter and more durable
  • Resistance - Thanks to numerous endurance tests in wind tunnel and natural conditions, turbines withstand very strong wind and changing weather conditions
  • No maintenance - The disc generator, which converts wind kinetic energy into electricity, has been developed to no longer contain frictional elements, which excludes overhaul and maintenance activities. The type of bearings used in ECOROTE turbines is guaranteed by the manufacturer for at least 20 years

USE OF TURBINES

 

 

1. Network system / Hybrid network system

 

a solution generally applied when a building is connected to the electrical grid. 
It is one of the simplest systems, consisting of a wind turbine of all power, a network output voltage inleum of 1X230V AC or 3X230V A, a two-way meter to measure the power produced and consumed, safety measures under form of circuit breakers and parafoudres, turbine cut resistance and connection to the electrical grid. 
Network systems can also be developed for photovoltaic modules, creating hybrid systems. In addition, it is possible to install batteries that save excess energy. In the event of frequent power grid failures, the system can be equipped with a diesel generator.
An On-Grid system allows the use of electricity generated directly and the resale of electricity in case of excess energy or accumulation in the electricity grid.


2. Off-grid system / Hybrid off-grid system

 

a perfect solution for buildings that are not connected to the electrical grid, such as recreational homes, or in case the residents of the house wish to be completely independent of the energy suppliers. The system is identical to that of the On-Grid but the battery is essential to store the excess energy generated. The system does not need to be connected to the power grid, so there is no need to have a two-way meter. The system can be extended for photovoltaic panels and a diesel generator is installed in addition). An off-grid system is connected to the batteries, so there is no possibility of reselling the energy generated to the grid.


 

3. On/Off-grid System / On/Off-grid Hybrid System

 

a solution combining the benefits of the ON-Grid and Off-Grid systems. An On/Off-grid system eliminates the problem of power outage, usually as a result of a weather anomaly, a repair of the electrical grid, etc. The system first accumulates excess energy in the batteries and uses the accumulated energy when the wind turbine combined with the additional photovoltaic paneaux do not produce enough energy, or uses the batteries in the event of a complete grid failure. The specific capacity battery takes the missing energy from the electrical grid through the inundor control system as soon as the battery is completely de-charged. The system can also provide energy to the grid when the batteries are fully charged and the energy produced by the wind turbine and photovoltaic panels is sufficient to power the building.

Flat roof mast

 

Have the shape of a long-range lattice between the feet, which ensures the stability and durability of the structure. It is possible to design a mast that does not reach more than three meters above the roof. 
Four structural elements ensure simple transport, assembly and dismantling.
